Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party‘s characters are phenomenal! If you are one of the lucky ones to purchase a ticket to the party, then you know! Though character encounters are never guaranteed and are subject to change we have the official list to the party. In addition to seeing some of your favorite characters in Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade at 8:15pm and 11:15pm, you can also visit when they aren’t in the parade in Main Street, U.S.A., Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland.
