La Plante Mountaineers aka The Three Caballeros

Welcome to La Plante Mountaineers aka The Three Caballeros Blog!!! Three Caballeros are a mother and daughter duo who have adventures with their wild and crazy dog Cocoa (aka Mama Cocoa, Cocoa Loco, Cocoa Lina, and Cocoa Moco.) We are an independent trio, Disney Fanatics and DIY site. We concentrated on Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, pop-up campers, camping, traveling and DIY projects. Three Caballeros began 2009 with La Plante Hospitality LLC and La Plante Mountaineers blog join us on this new adventure.

Courtney

Courtney was born and raised in Colorado. Courtney loves all things Disney, traveling, outdoor fun, DIY projects and pop-up campers. Courtney has been visiting Disney parks most of her life. Her favorite things to do in Disney Parks and Resorts is eat, ride as many rides as possible and make memories with her family. Courtney has planned many Disney trips with her savvy saving skills which have helped her every step of the way and has saved a great deal of money. A GREAT Disney Vacation starts with planning the budget, timing, resort, days staying, photos, restaurant planning, park planning and events. She even knows the best time to book and schedule airline flights and helpful hints and tricks before you go, while your there and after your stay.

Mariah

Mariah was born in Colorado as well. A mountain girl at heart, Mariah started her adventure with Walt Disney World in 2009, when she was only 3 years old. Mariah was “Hook Line, and Sinker” and has been going every other year with her mother, Courtney. Mariah loves roller coasters, food and of course those fireworks. She also enjoys to travel with her mother to different states and has been to 19 out of 50 states. Join her adventure to all 50 states and even some countries.

Cocoa

Cocoa Bean, original named, was born on a farm in Mc Pherson Kansas in 2020. To this day she has contact with her mom and some siblings. Cocoa was born in the Covid-19 era (Feb 4^th, 2020) and been a great deal of help and healing for her mother, Mariah. During the pandemic, Mariah was stuck at home A LOT! Cocoa has grown quite close to her and is very protected of his mother, Mariah. Even so she gets very jealous of Mariah’s mother, Courtney! LOL. Join Cocoa on her many adventures with us.
