Disney Cruise Line Updating Online System
Disney Cruise Line announced that they will be doing a planned maintenance update to the reservation system. Guests will expect delays and will not be able to make payments, nor access any of the important tabs from 4:00 AM (EDT) on July 9 through 4:00 AM (EDT) of July 10, 2026.
Disney states:
Beginning at 4:00 AM (EDT) on Thursday, July 9, 2026, through 4:00 AM (EDT) of Friday, July 10, 2026, a planned maintenance will be performed on the Disney Cruise Line reservation system. During this time, Guests will not be able to make or access a reservation online or through our Contact Center. Online Check-in, Cruise Activity and Port Adventure bookings will also be unavailable. Guests with deposits or final payments due during this period will have until Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 PM (EDT) to make their payment. We look forward to assisting you with your cruise vacation planning once our systems return on Friday, July 10, 2026.
