Pool Closure for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Disney announced that announced on their refurbishment page that Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort pool the ‘Ranchos Village leisure pool’ will get refurbishment beginning Sunday August 14, 2022. This will affect the Ranchos Village subdivision. The nearest pool to that area is the largest and scenic pool for Coronado Springs Resort the Lost City of Cibola.
I can honestly say that staying at the Ranchos Village in 2021 we used the Lost City of Cibola more during the evenings when many people were out in the parks and capacity was lower, but we did enjoy the Ranchos Village leisure pool when it began to be too busy. It is a quite place to swim and I was able to do our laundry in that area while we soaked up some sun.
If you want to visit leisure pool in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort the nearest one to Ranchos would be the Cabanas Village Pool or the Casitas Village Pool, both are a good 10-to-15-minute walk.
This closure is just a routine refurbishment and will only last till late summer and into early fall. We will keep you up to date with this closure and others as the news comes in.
