Disney’s Skyliner Closure for Weeklong Refurbishment at the Beginning of 2023
Disney announced quietly that the Skyliner would close for a weeklong refurbishment starting January 22, 2023, through January 29, 2023. This will affect all Skyliner resorts and theme parks that run along the entire route.
Resorts affected
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
- Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
- Disney’s Pop Century Resort
- Disney’s Riviera Resort
Theme Parks affected
- EPCOT
- Hollywood Studios
Disney guests will have to take another appropriate means of travel during this time. In the past when a major transportation system is down for any length of time Disney has increased other transportation services like bus or boat services to get more guest to their destination spot quicker.
No word if this will last longer than announced but I would keep track on the closure if you were planning on visiting these resort or theme parks after January 29th for further information.
