Disney100 Experiences Coming to EPCOT This September
Disney has finally announced an opening dated to their Disney100 which is short for The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary. Though we have seen a fair share of merchandise, smaller events and heartwarming stories to celebrate this huge occasion we were only giving a timeframe for when the special event would begin.
Today, July 17, 2023, Disney announced on their Disney Parks Blog that the official starting date would be September 22. On top of that, we finally got confirmation that EPCOT will be the center of the Disney100 celebration at Walt Disney World. This will be in combination with marking not only a century of magic and innovation, but also ushering in the future as the multi-year transformation of the park wraps up.
Like true Disney style there will be an exclusive food and beverage you’ll be able to enjoy during the celebration, meet, hug and snap a photo with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their platinum best in the Imagination! Pavilion, all-new mural at the heart of World Celebration to see how many of the 100 Disney characters you can find in the incredible scene and don’t forget about the dazzling Disney100 Magic Shots and PhotoPass offerings currently available across Walt Disney World just to name a few experiences coming to Disney for a limited time.
