More Changes Made to Mobile Order APP for Disney World Guests
Disney is continually evaluating all aspects of their improvement to guest experience, including all aspects of their My Disney Experience app. The Mobile Order function is just one convenience the app provides for guests and as Disney finds better ways to improve them, they do so regularly.
Though Mobile Order at Quick-Service locations can be tricky and at times frustrating Disney has continually reevaluated how they can make it easier and quicker to obtain your order, accuracy, and time frame. Mobile ordering has been an option through the My Disney Experience app for about five years and since then it was only available at select locations. Though now offered at more locations we now see the need for return windows to be shorted.
Nowadays, we see a shift from 30-minute return windows to a whooping 15-minute return window. This gives guests a more defined timeframe to choose from. As a mom this is great for those starving kids who are in desperate need of a mealtime. We had a hard time in April when my nephew was oh so hungry at each mealtime but didn’t want to wait for the 30 minutes to eat after a long day of walking and waiting in line for rides and character meet a greets. Let me tell you it was a struggle bus!
