How to Use Disney Mobile Ordering
What is Disney mobile ordering?
Whether you’re waiting to hop on an attraction, strolling through a land or find yourself directly in front of a restaurant you’d like to try, we want to make it easier for you to order, pay for and pick up fresh food throughout Walt Disney World Resort. All you need is your phone and the My Disney Experience app.
Disney mobile ordering is a service that Disney World offers at select Quick Service dining locations throughout Disney’s theme parks, Resorts and Disney Springs.
The app allows you to pre-order your food at over 20+ restaurants. When window time is ready, check-in on the app and pick it up.
Since Disney World mobile ordering premiered it has expanded drastically. Following the pandemic and reopening, Disney mobile ordering has now become an essential tool.

Mobile Order
Order and Prepay Using Our App
Begin by selecting “+” and then choose “Order Food.” Pick an available restaurant, select your arrival time and then make your selections. You can even customize certain menu items to your taste. After you’ve reviewed your details, pay for your order using a credit card, debit card, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, Apple Pay or Disney dining plan.
Mobile Dine Check-in
Let Us Know When You Arrive. Once you’re at the restaurant during your designated arrival time, just select the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button so the kitchen can begin making your order.
Pick Up Your Order
You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready to retrieve at the counter with the “Mobile Order Pick Up” sign.
