Would you like to comment on the wonderful service or experience you had with a cast member but don’t know who to tell? Look no further to your phone in your My Disney Experience App! Its fast and reliable! You could do this at the parks or at home and great thing is your recognizing someone for their friendliness, dedication, and hard work to you and to Disney.

Have you got to fully explore the My Disney Experience App? It’s filled with tons of tips, tricks and convenient ways to make your Disney trip one of a kind. Let’s explore how to compliant a cast member for going above and beyond their duty.

To access Mobile Cast Compliment, search “Cast Compliment” in the My Disney Experience mobile app (you can also conveniently find it in a few other parts of the app, too).

On the menu’s bar under Property Rules is a Cast Compliment tab. There you are prompted to a new tab called ‘Mobile Cast Compliment’

Select your option for ‘Send the Magic to a Cast Member for…*’
And next your ‘Location’

Below and an ‘Optional’ field is available with

Cast Member First Name
Cast Member Hometown
Date of Your Interaction

Then hit ‘submit’

In Main Menu Select tab called ‘Mobile Cast Compliment’

**Select your option for ‘Send the Magic to a Cast Member for…*’**

And next your ‘Location’

Below and an ‘Optional’ field is available with:

Cast Member First Name

Cast Member Hometown

Date of Your Interaction

Then hit ‘submit’

Disney will do their best to locate the Cast Member and recognize their compliment! Along with that they will receive a thank you note from you and your recognition. Disney loves to compliment there Cast Members. Cast members complimented through the service receive a digital certificate, along with a notification to their leader so they can be further recognized.

Here’s an example of the recognition cast members will receive, based off original artwork created to support Disney’s global commitment to reimagining the patient experience in children’s hospitals.

To ensure that your compliments reach every cast member, be sure to include their first name and hometown as it appears on their nametag – or just ask them where they are from. It’s the perfect way to start a conversation and thank them in person, too.
