Cool Wash Hosted by Coca-Cola® in EPCOT is CLOSED and Under Refurbishment
Ah! One of my daughter’s favorite places to cool off at EPCOT as temporarily shut down for a refurbishment. Cool Wash in EPCOT’s World Discovery is located across from Test Track, and typically is a seasonal refreshment kiosk. At Cool Wash you can get multiply favored slushies under a cool breeze of misters and cooling fans. This is delightful during those blistering hot Florida days. We also enjoy trying the new flavors and then watching the Monorail fly over us while we play at Outpost play area.
No word on when Cool Wash will open but have reported seeing the concrete floors torn up and being replaced. This could be a heavy-duty reconstruction and take some time to complete. For example, piping or something more serious. In that case it might not reopen in 2022 and reopen back up in 2023 during their seasonal hours. We will let you know more about this and other refurbishments as soon as we find out.
