Creamy Plantain Soup at Cinderella’s Royal Table

As part of this year’s Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month celebrations, cast member Suni Quinones Rivera, an Assistant Sous Chef at the Walt Disney World Resort, brought a taste of her family’s culture all the way from her home table to the tables of Magic Kingdom Park.
