Disney Announces Another All-Star Resort Pool Closure
Disney has announced another refurbishment and closure for an All-Star Resort. Surfboard Bay Pool is the main pool for the All-Star Sport resort with another smaller pool, Grand Slam Pool, being their leisure pool. This will take place from January 2026 until late April 2026.
Surfboard Bay Pool is a 242,471-gallon swimming hole designed to make you feel like you’re at the beach. Featuring giant, 3-story surfboards lining the pool area, it’s the perfect place to catch some rays and cool off. For little ones, a kiddie pool is located behind Stadium Hall adjacent to Surfboard Bay Pool.
Poolside activities are always fun here. Join other children for family-friendly activities each day, like themed pool parties and other cool activities. Fun offerings include themed pool games, relays, trivia and more! See a Recreation Host for additional details, times and of course weather permitting.
