Disney World Annual Pass Sales Update
Disney World finally gave us some information on when they start annual passes, well kind of. Scott Gustin, a twitter influencer, asked a Disney rep on when and if they would start this year 2022. Disney states they don’t expect the passes to resume sales this year. Look below on his twitter account and the information given.
NEW: AP sales for Incredi-Pass, Sorcerer, and Pirate remain PAUSED — but those APs will see an increase when sales resume:
- Incredi-Pass: $1399 (was $1299)
- Sorcerer: $969 (was $899)
- Pirate: $749 (was $699)
- Pixie: $399 (no change)
Renewals continue – but pricing not available.
Also NEW: With the introduction of park specific pricing for 1 day tickets on Dec. 8, the price to add park hopper to your ticket will also vary by date. No pricing examples to provide – but expect Hopper add on to vary based on when you’re going to the park.
Disney has also officially confirmed the change I mentioned a few weeks ago about dining reservations being available to cancel up to 2 hours prior to your reservation time. I know a few people assumed this was a glitch – it’s not.
A Disney spokesperson issued a statement about the ticket changes, noting that the lowest priced 1 day 1 park ticket remains at $109 (but will only be valid at Animal Kingdom starting Dec. 8) — and that price point has not increased in 4 years.
