Disney World Lowers Flags to Half-Staff to Honor 911 Victims and Charlie Kirk
At Walt Disney World, all American flags are currently at half-staff to honor 9/11 victims and Charlie Kirk.
If you have been hiding under a rock, Charlie Kirk was a conservative political personality who was assassinated at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. In the aftershock of his passing, President Trump ordered American flags on all public buildings and grounds be flown at half-staff until at least sunset on Sunday, September 14.
Along with this 9/11 terrorist attacks on America Sept. 11, 2001, killing almost 3,000 people were honored for 24th year. Disney has honored the 911 victims for 24 years by lowering all flags to half-staff.
As the weekend progresses, attention will remain on whether the flags at key locations, including Walt Disney World Resort, will continue to remain lowered until sunset as instructed by Trump.
