Disney World Sets Another Launch Date for Beak and Barrel Tavern Bookings
Disney has provided another new update on the reservation launch for The Beak and Barrel Tavern, the Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge opening August 29, 2025, in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom. The update comes after Disney delayed the launch of the tavern due to technical difficulties resulting in temporary outages for Disney’s dining reservation system.

“Arrgh! Too many pirates tried to pillage at The Beak and Barrel. Thank you for yer patience. Come back for the treasure ye seek when reservations set sail the week of August 18, 2025.”
Disney has confirmed again that the official launch date and time for The Beak and Barrel Tavern reservations will now be Wednesday August 20, 2025, at 7:00 pm ET. The tavern is set to open August 29, 2025, in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom.
On the website, Disney announces:
“Ahoy, me hearties! Those seeking the treasures of The Beak and Barrel can begin charting their course when reservations launch on August 20, 2025 at 7 p.m. ET.”
