Disney World Skyliner to Close for Annual Refurbishment
According to Disney World official website, guests staying or using the Skyliner to the theme parks in the coming weeks will want to plan accordingly and use an alternate route to their Disney World locations. Disney World has announced that they will close the Skyliner for a short time.

From January 16, 2024 through January 21, 2024, Disney Skyliner will be closed for routine maintenance. Disney Skyliner service to and from Disney’s Riviera Resort and International Gateway at EPCOT will remain closed through January 27, 2024. During this time, complimentary bus service will be available.
Hours of Operation
- Disney Skyliner will be available each day one hour before Early Theme Park Entry begins at EPCOT or Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Disney Skyliner will close each day 90 minutes after EPCOT or Disney’s Hollywood Studios closes
- On nights when EPCOT offers Extended Evening Hours, Disney Skyliner will close one hour after the park closes*
*During this time, Disney Skyliner will only offer transportation to Disney’s Riviera Resort from EPCOT International Gateway. The route that moves between Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort will be unavailable.
