New Check-In Location for Sunshine Flyer Orlando
Yes, you heard that right! Those who board the Sunshine Flyer from Orlando International (MCO) will be directed to a slightly different location. Down in Terminal B at ground level near Disney’s old Magical Express is a new counter for the Sunshine Flyer Orlando.
You can check-in, ask questions and more in one convenient area. Sunshine Flyer Orlando announced this on their website and Instagram page January 3rd, 2023. This was much needed and hopes to eliminate any confusions.
- Reservations accepted up until 4 days before service
- The Sunshine Flyer service starts at 4:00AM and services flights starting at 7:00AM
- The last bus leaving the airport is at 11:00PM

MCO Location
The Sunshine Flyer podium is located at Terminal B, Level 1, Ground Transportation. Take the elevators at Terminal B to Level 1 and our team is located at the last counter against the wall past the Starbucks. For your convenience, you can use the QR code in the confirmation email once you arrive at the airport. PDF
We moved our check-in counter…but not very far! 😉 We are officially welcoming guests at the Sunshine Flyer counter INSIDE the airport! You’ll find us in Terminal B at the Ground Transportation level, just beyond the car rental counters on the interior wall. Bear with us if you will, we’re still making everything look pretty.
