New Fort Wilderness Pool Announced

Walt Disney World has finally confirmed that a new pool will be coming to the Fort Wilderness resort. The project will expand the Meadow Swimmin’ Pool area.

Here’s the statement from Walt Disney World:

There’s more magic on the horizon: At Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, we’re expanding the Meadow Swimmin’ Pool area to make room for even more fun and relaxation.
 
A brand-new zero-entry pool and deck area is being added alongside the existing pool, effectively doubling the space for guests to enjoy. The expansion will also include a tennis court and two pickleball courts, giving families even more ways to play together in the great outdoors. Walt Disney World

Meadow Swimmin’ Pool

Make a splash at Meadow Swimmin’ Pool, the feature pool with a 67-foot-long corkscrew waterslide. Adults are invited to enjoy the serenity of whirlpool spa, while little ones will surely want to splash it up in the adjacent fort-themed water play area—where young buckaroos can breeze down on their own tot-friendly slides.
