New Restaurant Coming to the Swan & Dolphin Hotel in Disney World in 2023
We are excited to have another fine dining restaurant near EPCOT. Rosa Mexicano restaurant will be opening at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in 2023. At Swan & Dolphin Hotel, the new restaurant will replace the Fresh Mediterranean Market location. Their has not been a date confirmed on when that will close for good.
Founding Chef, Josefina Howard, opened the flagship Rosa Mexicano on New York’s Upper East Side in 1984. She was a world traveler, pioneer, entrepreneur, interior designer, chef, and innovator. Sharing the cuisine of Mexico became her mission and her passion, and Josefina made her mark as the first chef to introduce fine dining Mexican fare to the NY restaurant scene.

They recently opened Ardmore, PA and Burlington, MA locations in Spring of 2022. This fall they have 2 openings, one in Pentagon City, VA and the other in West Hartford, CT. They have currently announced plans to open the new restaurant at Swan & Dolphin Hotel sometime in early 2023.It seems they are moving ahead quite quickly with opening several locations on the east side of the U.S.
The food looks amazing and varies from each location. No word on what will be served at the Swan & Dolphin Hotel location, but it might be very similar to the others.
