Opening Timelines for New Attractions & Experiences for Walt Disney World Before 2023 Destination D23 Event

The 2023 Destination D23 event located this year at Disney’s Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World is less than a month away but we are already getting info from Disney. Disney released a list of opening timelines for key attractions and experiences and below we have listed Walt Disney World current events.

Walt Disney World Resort

Fall 2023 – Journey of Water, inspired by Moana
Located in World Nature, the Journey of Water attraction will be a self-guided walk through nature trail that will show guests the cycle that water takes to sustain life on Earth.
Late 2023 – World Celebration
World Celebration is both a neighborhood within EPCOT and a collection of offerings. CommuniCore Hall and Dreamers Point reside within World Celebration.
2024 – Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is the name for an attraction that will replace Splash Mountain at both Disney World and Disneyland.
