First-Time Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Tips
First Time Cruisers: Most cruisers will need to pack and leave out their luggage the night before Disembarkation Day. You also have the option to keep your luggage and walk it off with you that morning. Please vacate your cabin by 8:00am that morning.
(I try not to repost items from travel agents unless they are good tips.)
Also, take photos of your luggage before giving them to Disney. Ours were not defective or damaged prior to giving them to Disney at MCO airport and when we got it at our stateroom, a caster wheel was broken off. Disney put a red tag stating it was damaged and that Disney is not liable for the damage. I didn’t have anyway to prove it was not damaged before but next time I’ll take pics or videos of it’s condition when giving it to Disney transportation.

- Book Early Even If Unsure – Prices often rise over time; early booking secures better selection.
